Welcome!

     Like so many of us out there, I'm lactose intolerant. But the list of food allergies doesn't stop there. I also have a sensitivity to whole grains (e.g. whole wheat, oat, etc.) and fresh garlic. I know. Some Italian, huh? Fortunately, I have a knack for altering recipes to fit my strange food allergies, and they usually turn out pretty good! I also keep an eye on fresh ingredients and (relatively) healthy recipes. With this blog I hope to share some of the best with you (and maybe some of the not so good) even if you're a lucky one who can eat anything. Enjoy!
